Bookings and cancellations

A non-refundable 20% deposit is payable at the time of booking. The balance is to be paid four weeks before arrival.
The balance will be refunded only if a cancellation is made more than four weeks of scheduled arrival.
Check-in is no earlier than 4pm and checkout is by 10am unless otherwise agreed.
In making a booking guests accept responsibility for any theft, breakage or damage caused by them or their pets and agree to indemnify us in full for any loss that we may incur as a result.

Other terms

Vaping or smoking is permitted only on the patio.
Guests are asked to please switch off lights, heating or any electrical appliances when they are out.
The owners are not responsible for the loss of any personal belongings or valuables of the guest.
Any problem or complaint should be immediately reported by guests and we will endeavour to put things right.
We would be grateful if significant damage or breakages are reported to us immediately. Replacement or repair costs may be charged to our guests.
The cost of replacing any keys will be charged if they are not returned.
Cabalva Estate is a working farm. When accessing the fields, guests must leave stock gates as they found them (whether open or closed). Avoid fields with cattle.
Fishing is arranged by prior notice only.
There is a £25 charge for one dog. Dogs must be on leads at all times while outdoors.
